She comes from a background in Marketing Strategy, Management, and International Business, having completed her studies at Sciences Po Paris and Dauphine, followed by an MBA at HEC Paris with an Exchange program at London Business School.

Anka draws on over 20 years of experience as the Director of International Development in major companies such as SNCF and Accor.

For Anka, ETSEME is now the perfect playing field for building connections.

She brings in her interpersonal and linguistic skills, her network, her acute ability in building partnerships, and her ability to forge and nurture enduring relationships.

Frédéric Seyrac holds overall responsibility for the smooth operation of the company. He bears the responsibility of defining ETSEME’s strategy and overseeing its implementation by establishing the organizational structure and setting the goals.

With a background in MIAGE (Master’s in Computer Science Applied to Business Management), Frédéric leverages his experience of over 20 years in leading large-scale IT projects and providing consultancy in complex project governance and digital strategy. He has held positions as project and program director at IBM and the CGI Group.

Managing intricate projects, implementing corporate governance methodologies, possessing a deep understanding of digital solutions, and devising strategies for the development and maintenance of robust information systems.

As an Electronics Research Engineer at ETSEME, Nabil Houdali designs the electronic components at the core of our solution.

After completing a degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, and Signal Processing, Nabil earned a PhD in Radiofrequency Systems from the University Pierre et Marie Curie in Paris.

Subsequently, he worked as an R&D engineer in the automotive industry and the environmental IoT sector, where he designed electronic solutions ranging from architecture to PCB routing, encompassing equipment validation, qualification, and certification.

With 10 years of professional experience, Nabil now brings his expertise and know-how to ETSEME for the development of our innovative multimodal technology.

As a Product Designer, Johann Roussel crafts and implements the overall user experience of ETSEME’s solutions and communication.

After completing a Mechanical Engineering degree at Arts et Métiers ParisTech in France, Johann furthered his training in Industrial Design in Perth, Australia. He resided and worked there for eight years, immersing himself in the dynamic domains of new technologies and naval design.

Within ETSEME, Johann brings his expertise in industrial and digital design to contribute to the development of our solution.

He builds the digital and physical interfaces of our products in the most optimal way, ensuring a seamless alignment between user needs and their ultimate experience.

She is an engineer in cognitive science, having graduated from ENSC Bordeaux (National Higher School of Cognitics) where she gained expertise in the fields of human factors, cognitive usage, and human-system integration.

With nearly 10 years of professional experience in IT services companies, she has acquired strong project management and consulting skills.

At ETSEME, Alicia ensures that our technological solutions align not only with our clients’ needs and use cases but also with our research and development trajectory.

Olivier
Director of Research

As the Director of Research, Olivier Joubert is responsible for defining and executing the research program and handling intellectual property matters.

After obtaining a PhD in Neuropsychology at the CNRS-CerCo laboratory in France, Olivier held a position as an associate researcher at MIT in Cambridge.

He later transitioned to the private sector, assuming various leadership roles (such as Business Unit Manager, Innovation Manager, and Scientific Director) within startups focused on cutting-edge technologies, including robotics, virtual reality, and digital therapy.

At ETSEME, Olivier brings his specialized expertise in psycho-physiological aspects.

Director of Industrialisation

As the Industrialisation Director at ETSEME, Romain Deborde is in charge of defining the architecture of our IT system and streamlining our processes.

After obtaining a diploma in Computer Information System Design from 3iL, Romain went on to earn an engineering degree in Software Systems Architecture and Integration from CNAM (National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts).

Throughout his professional journey, Romain has held various positions such as developer, tester, and technical architect, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the entire software development lifecycle. He has also embraced Agile and DevOps methodologies and has guided several teams in implementing these practices.

With 12 years of professional experience in IT architecture and process industrialization, Romain leverages their expertise to lead product manufacturing at ETSEME.

After earning an engineering degree in cognitics from ENSC Bordeaux (National Higher School of Cognitics), Charlotte pursued a PhD in Human Movement Science at Aix-Marseille University, focusing on utilizing AI for drowsiness detection. Subsequently, she worked as a researcher specializing in trustworthy AI at Thales.

Through her professional experiences, she has fine-tuned her skills in cognitive sciences and applied artificial intelligence in the industrial sector.

At ETSEME, Charlotte brings her expertise and proficiency to the development of AI that effectively incorporates the interactions between humans and their environment.

Lucien
Electronics Intern

As an Electronics Intern, Lucien Agbomedji is involved in the development of electronic systems and signal processing related to the ETSEME solution.

Currently, Lucien is completing a Master’s degree in Complex Systems Engineering with a specialization in Electronics Systems at the University of Bordeaux.

Through this internship, Lucien brings their expertise in analog/digital electronics to contribute to the development of our innovative technology at ETSEME.
